The foundation of Moir Park’s alternative asset management experience began during Wayzata Investment Partner’s first year of operation. The Founding Principal of Moir Park has invested $2.0 billion of capital across the alternative asset sector, real estate and private equity platforms since 2005. The team seeks to utilize its experience and discipline to systematically source, underwrite and invest in real estate and alternative investment strategies.

Moir Park manages a industrial outside storage (IOS) real estate portfolio through Moir Park Properties LLC and Moir Park Properties II LP (the “Funds”). The Funds target light industrial facilities with outside storage with an emphasis on specific tenants. Moir Park’s portfolio consists of 50+ assets strategically positioned across the United States.

Moir Park’s investment process allows the Fund to source, underwrite and acquire attractive off- and on-market transactions. Moir Park’s experience in the strategy has created a disciplined process backed by a proprietary network of relationships to find and diligence IOS facilities tenanted by regional or national tenants with strong site-level fundamentals and operating metrics.
